Niton XL3 Series Analyzers
Niton XL3 Series analyzers combine purpose-built proprietary electronics
with an ergonomic design and easy-to-use software that transforms XRF
analysis. With a choice of excitation sources, an integrated
touch-screen display, and customizable menus, these analyzers provide
you with unmatched performance and features engineered to improve your
productivity and profitability.
Niton XL3t Series Analyzers
The award-winning Niton XL3t Series analyzer with its unique 50 kV
miniaturized x-ray tube, 80 MHz real-time digital signal processing, and
dual state-of-the-art embedded processors for computation, data storage,
communication, in addition to other functions, incorporates an array of
features of direct benefit to you.
Niton XL3p Series Analyzers
Niton XL3p Series analyzers feature our patented Infiniton™ source with
a half-life of 432 years. This remarkable instrument is the result of a
multi-year platform development initiative, improved source geometry,
and the latest in advanced analog and digital electronics design.
Niton GOLDD Technology
The Niton XL3t handheld XRF analyzer with geometrically optimized large
drift detector (GOLDD) technology delivers improvements in light element
detection, overall sensitivity, and measurement times – as much as 10
times faster than conventional Si-PIN detectors, and up to 3 times more
precise than conventional smaller, silicon drift detectors – without
helium or vacuum purging.
Niton XLitp Series
Our Niton XLitp Series handheld XRF analyzers, comprising the Niton XLt,
Niton XLp, and Niton XLi, offer you a choice of excitation sources and
form factors to meet your application needs. From their easy to use
point-and-shoot operation to their high-strength, environmentally sealed
housings, they provide you with choice and value in an XRF analyzer.
Niton XLt
The Niton XLt XRF analyzer was the first one-piece, portable x-ray tube
based instrument in a handheld, environmentally sealed package. In
addition to its powerful x-ray tube and electronics, a variety of
options help contribute to this analyzer's widespread market use.
Niton XLp
The handheld Thermo Scientific Niton XLp XRF analyzer offers you a
choice of isotope sources – 241Am (Infiniton), 55Fe, 109Cd – to meet the
demands of your specific application.
Niton XLi
Our iton XLi XRF analyzer offers you a choice of isotope sources – 241Am
(Infiniton), 55Fe, 109Cd – in an ultra-portable design to meet your
specific application demands. The smallest and lightest (only 1.7
pounds/0.8 kg) XRF analyzer on the market today is unmatched in its
ability to fit into tight spaces.
Simply Superior XRF
Niton handheld XRF analyzers provide you with real-time
on-site results – eliminating delays associated with
traditional laboratory analysis – with instruments that
provide performance and features comparable or superior
to those of larger, more expensive benchtop XRF systems.
- Better detection limits
- Shorter measurement times
- Advanced applications
- Increased productivity
- Lower long-term cost of ownership
