With any of these instruments, you'll get the following standard accessories: serial communications for direct data transfer to the user's PC; locking carrying case; shielded belt holster; two eight-hour, rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs; battery charger; reference samples/standards; and the Niton Data Transfer (NDT©) software suite.

Available options and accessories (varies by application and product) include integrated Bluetooth™ communications; a choice of three different test stands; the Thermo Scientific Extend-a-Pole™ for in-situ soil and Greenfield surveys; and the Thermo Scientific Hotfoot™ hot surface adaptor, which extends the Niton XRF analyzer's ability to test in-service components in petrochemical refineries up to 1000°F (538°C).
